Big Three Get Fixes

No, I don't mean these big three, I mean three of the most popular web browsers; Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Mozilla's Firefox and Opera Software's Opera.

All three of these have released updates, and important security patches are included. In the case of Internet Explorer, the release in question is a special update done outside of Microsoft's normal second-Tuesday-of-the-month schedule, for a vulnerability which has been exploited 'in the wild' for a bit now.

Side-Note

By using the phrase 'big three' for these three browsers, I do not mean to offend the delicate sensibilities of fans of Apple's Safari browser, which actually has roughly five times the market share that Opera does. The bad joke was just too hard to pass up!

Why Eels?

No one can really be certain. But those slimey underwater critters obviously have something going for them!
